| Fairfield County Fair Home | The Fairfield County Fair is one of the last county fairs of the year. It offers a variety of attractions including truck, tractor, and horse pulls, demolition derbies, concerts, bands, and horse races. There is also a large assortment of exhibits and rides for all ages. Dates for the Fairfield County Fair are October 5-11, 2008. On Monday, October 6, 2008, Lorrie Morgan a country music artist will give a concert at 7:30 p.m. This is a reserved seating event and tickets will be on sale at the Fair Board office on Tuesday, June 3, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. Ticket prices are track seating $20.00, grandstand seating $15.00. Visa and MasterCard will be accepted at a minimal service fee. Checks, cash, and money orders are also accepted. Children under 1 are free to the reserved seating events and will have to be held. All other children will require tickets and will have a seat available for them. This year at the fair is a Pickup Truck Demolition Derby on Tuesday evening October 7 at 7:30 p.m. Rules and regulations for this event and all other events may be picked up at the administration building on the fair grounds.
